Modify the interface language

ReportServer Community uses the English language pack by default. However, translations also exist for other languages. To change the interface language, follow these steps:

  • Log in to the application as an administrator.

  • Open the ReportServer Community terminal by pressing: Ctrl+Alt+T (Control+option+T in Mac OS X).

  • Type the following command:

      $ editTextFile fileserver/etc/main/localization.cfg

  • Change the default tag’s value to the desired language.

  • Restart Tomcat:

      $ /opt/bitnami/ctlscript.sh restart tomcat

  • Log in to the application again.
